Refund & Return Policy

Kingly Exports primarily deals in wholesale and export orders. Return, cancellation, and refund requests are subject to the terms agreed upon for the respective order.

Returns

If a return is approved, the product must be returned in its original condition and with the applicable packaging.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the approved refund will be processed through the applicable payment method.

Any applicable courier, shipping, return shipping, or delivery charges incurred for the order or return may be deducted from the refund amount.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us promptly with the order details and photographs. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. Once production, customization, procurement, or dispatch has started, cancellation may not be possible.
